Hello,
i was try to download Kapow Web Data Server and Kapow Katalyst - 2 days already from here.
I did download all your programs which i do not need, and finaly i saw that Kapow Web Data Server its not downloaded.
3 times i recover my pc from these 4-5 programs your program installed on my pc.
OK i am agree to keep them installed in good fate, but can i get finaly that Kapow Web Data Server ?

Client Hangs & CPU Hangs

when the client starts, it gets stuck at around 25% while searching for updates. also, the CPU usage by the client is around 25% and just hangs there. i have been just terminating the process; i'd like to know why it's doing this and what i can do to actually have the client work & function like it should, as i find it very useful when it IS working.

OfficeFIX not detected by informer client

Cimaware OfficeFIX is not detected at all. Thousand of installations and it's not present in your listings except for a few obsolete installations. I've check everything in the registry and it seems to be ok. The software uses HKEY_CURRENT_USER instead of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. However DeleteFIX also uses this registry location with no issues. Looking at the program data folder of your Informer client, there is an entry for OfficeFIX in the file ukey.xml , however the program is not detected. Cimaware DeleteFIX with a simillar installation is detected ok.

Unable to use the chat client

Has anyone been able to use the chat feature to send someone a message? On Internet Explorer the chat window doesn't even load for me. On Firefox it appears to load but I can't send chat messages and my contact list is empty despite having one person in my friends list. Any ideas?
