I am Deepak. I found myself interested in software developing, but I was not able to achieve as I expected. As my dream overcomes my limitations, I was able to create a program which focus to make billing on simple Accounting process easier for small scale industries. Apart from other software available on the market, this software follows a simple database system(quick loading). Anyone can use this software. I hope this software can be used like a mobile App.

I expect this Software will help me change my career, for which I need you kindly support or opportunity to prove myself.

Here are just few of the reasons that caused this request:

- You are redistributing the software without notifying the authors and copyright owners.
- The versions available from your website are outdated and contain bugs that have been fixed long time ago.
- Your video tutorials have no value - looks like the person presenting the tools neither knows how to use it, nor understands the purpose of the tool.
- You let people to rate applications without showing Cons and Pros, i.e. actual reasoning behind particular score.
- You misrepresent popularity of applications. Number off downloads from Your website is labeled as "Used by".  In case of LogMeTT your "Used by" shows 625, while the actual number of users recently exceeded 600,000.

I can confirm that the software Cimaware OfficeFIX is installed but it's not detected nor displayed in the list of installed software.

The point is that there are thousand of installations during the latest 10 years and it's not present in your listings except for a few obsolete installations.

I'm trying to find out what makes our Software to not being detected. I've check the Windows registry and everything seems to be ok. The software uses HKEY_CURRENT_USER instead of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. However other of our applications, DeleteFIX Photo, also uses this registry location and it's properly detected by siclient.

Looking at the program data folder of your Informer client in my testings I can see an entry for OfficeFIX in the file ukey.xml , however the program is not in the installed software list.

If you want to try it, you can download the software here: http://www.cimaware.com/main/products/officefix-download.php . Install it and check how it isn't detected at all.

I reported this a year ago but unfortunately the issue is still there.
