Application removal request: Insights Discovery

Dear Sir/Madam,

You have our software, Insights Discovery, listed on your web site, at the following location:

http://insights-discovery.software.informer.com/

Please remove its listing immediately, from this and any other locations that you may control, and take whatever steps may be necessary to ensure that it cannot be listed again. We wish to manage our own publicity, and would draw your attention to the fact that the software cannot be used without hardware which we also supply, so its listing on your site could be damaging to potential customers’ opinions.

While no doubt the registration of our product on your site was well-intentioned, it was created by an unauthorised person. I understand that as a responsible web site you will be unable to identify your user to us; however, we would greatly appreciate it if you could relay to them that we do not wish to have our software publicised in this way.

I sent this request as an e-mail to your contact address, partners@informer.com on 6th January, and it has not yet been actioned. Please remedy this immediately.
