Topic: Automatic RECONNECT MOBILE PARTNER AFTER A DICONNECT

Hallo!I am utilizing the Huawei Wireless Modem  with Mobile Partner  11.002.03.00.285 that’s embedded  in my modem to access the internet.I am a heavy internet user (I download large software and movies all the time).

Unfortunately,my internet connectivity is poor with the system disconnecting itself frequently.Sometimes I want a large download to proceed throughout the night while I am sleeping. If the system disconnects itself while I am sleeping,it stalls until I wake up and personally reconnect it.

This wastes valuable time for me.Thus is there a way to configure Mobile Partner such that it can try to redial itself after the system disconnects in order to reconnect to the internet?

Another issue is that after sometime, the  internet connectivity data rate goes down to  0kb/s.Even if I terminate Mobile Partner process and restart it again, data rate is still 0 kb/s.But when I reboot the computer  and start Mobile Partner, full  internet connectivity is established  with relatively good data rate. How can I avoid this?

Thanks.

Re: Automatic RECONNECT MOBILE PARTNER AFTER A DICONNECT

To configure Mobile Partner for automatic redial after disconnection:

Open Mobile Partner, find the settings/options menu, and enable "Auto Redial" or "Automatic Reconnect."
Set the redial attempts and interval between attempts.
Save the settings, close the application, and reopen it to test.
To address the internet connectivity data rate issue:

Ensure a stable network signal and consider repositioning the modem.
Check for firmware or driver updates for your Huawei modem.
Reboot the computer if the data rate drops to 0 kb/s, as it often resolves the issue.
