Topic: ForteManager keyboard shortcuts

I'm all in favor of using keyboard shortcuts. I use them all the time, especially when editing text. Some of the most common combinations I use are <Ctrl><Shift><Right>, <Ctrl><Shift><Left>, <Ctrl><Shift><Up> and <Ctrl><Shift><Down>. Used in Word, Excel, etc.

Unfortunately, these are the same shortcuts for rotating the monitor in ForteManager.

I would LOVE to be able to get the message to the developer that it would be great to have the program allow the option of monitor rotating keyboard shortcuts turned off and be accessible only via a mouse click instead. Maybe this can already be done, but I certainly don't see the option to be easily accessible.

Have I missed anything?

Re: ForteManager keyboard shortcuts

There is that inquiry form available at http://www.lge.com/support/fmMail_mail/ … /inv.jhtml - try drawing the developer's attention to this problem therewith.

Perhaps, there will even turn out to be an immediate solution no user is aware of.

Re: ForteManager keyboard shortcuts

It doesn't seem like you have missed anything. However, it's worth noting that some programs, including ForteManager, may not allow users to customize or disable certain keyboard shortcuts.

You could try reaching out to the developer directly and requesting this feature. They may be open to feedback and suggestions from users. You can also check the program's documentation or user manual to see if there are any instructions on how to customize or disable keyboard shortcuts.

If all else fails, you could consider using a third-party program or software that allows you to remap or customize keyboard shortcuts system-wide.
