software to read/edit config.bin

hi,
i downloaded your software DOCSIS because i need to open/read a config.bin file of a router.

but DOCSIS is designed to work on cable modems' config file,
while my config is of a wireless router (such as D-Link DI-524)

is there any software that can do this?
