Nokia Firmware RM-362

I've been trying to get hold of the latest firmware version for the RM-362 (N5000) phone.

When viewing the following url:  http://nokia-firmware-rm-362.software.i … /download/  it states that the current version is 7.0, developed by Nokia, but the link button continually directs me to Nokias' 'Select Your Region' instead of taking me to the download option .. plus I've tried to search for firmware on Nokias' site with little success!!

So my question is: Does anyone have a new url to this firmware version?

Also, I'm presuming the firmware would come complete with instructions on how to update correctly?
Oops .. that's a 2nd question really ...
