Topic: Creating users accounts

Hello!

I'm looking for a software that allows me to create different users accounts (not Windows accounts, can be after windows login)  to use a particular software or to unlock the screen, and  track the time that the user is using the software/computer.

Basically it should give me the information:

User name               Starting time          Ending time                 Total time

Select Start > Settings > Accounts and then select Family & other users. (In some versions of Windows you'll see Other users.) Next to Add other user, select Add account. Select I don't have this person's sign-in information, and on the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
