If we got comparison of Norton and Quickheal then which would choose? I am confused. Which one should I choose?

Quick Heal is better in terms of Malware Protection. Also some features like behavior detection provide the edge over Norton Security.

Neither, take a look at Malwarebytes in my opinion the most effective anti malware program and it doesn't slow down your computer as a lot of the others do.
