Topic: Software descriptions

I am very new to software.informer, but I would find the s/w descriptions of more use if they clearly showed:
> The date of the version being described!
> Whether the software is digitally signed!
> Whether it is intended for use with Windows 10 (or what O/Ss)!
> Whether the promoted versions have been scanned for malware by a service such as VirusTotal.
Additionally, some indication of the available support would certainly be useful: not just availability of personal assistance but primarily whether (how often) the program is actively maintained (updated by vendor? by community?)

If this information already is provided I did not see it.

This seems odd.
I attempted to D/L a promoted program. but the D/L was blocked by software.informer itself for being dangerous (malicious)! I suppose that it is good the check its security when downloading, but shouln't there be some note of this in the descriptive promotion???

Okay: clicking on a software description page DOES provide a version date and some indication that it was scanned for malware before the download.

I would still appreciate knowing whether the provider is signed, the intended O/S versions, and something about type of support......
