Topic: I need the best AUDIO EDITING software

I have a recording of a conversation that took place inside a vehicle but I can't hear the conversation very well due to all the road noise! I downloaded Acoustica Basic Edition, it helped a little but still not enough to hear voices clear  (not to mention: I happened to somehow download a German version). So I figured I'd reach out and ask for a bit of guidance in this field I know very little about it. Please help!

Please use Audiocity which is the best Audio Editing Software one can edit noise on the audio and any options are available.

I think WavePad is the best Audio Auditing Software.

Audacity is free and very good
