Topic: Looking for Free recovery service

Some of my computer files went missing for no reason. It seems i did nothing, but it just disappeared. What should i do? should i pay for the data recovery software or not?
i was recommended with a software named MiniTool Power Data Recovery. But i can't download it successfully,. The link cannot open on my computer, but it works well on other's computers.

It may be that you have downloaded the wrong OS version, or possibly your computer does not have program to un-zip the files. Are they Zip'd files? If so, Win-Zip or a similar program will unpack them for you.
