Date in Exchart RH520

I am already install EXchart RH520 and sucsesfull conected to my PC Operation System is Windows XP.
My Problem is:

Date not change to 2010, date unchanged in 2004.

condition,

In hardware already set to 2010
Incoming date in sofware EXchart is 2010.

Please help me if any solutions for my troble.
