Password recovery!

I am a trial user(admin) who needs to reach customer support to recover my password so I can remove the software from my hard drive to recover aprox 560MB of space!
Please do not ignore this request.
I am having difficulty finding customer support for this.
I know its for a good reason.  But I have a good reason to get my hard drive space back!
