Can I have a help software or knowledgebase article for your smile train program since it doesnot associate with the temporary and completed records of the patients after we reformatted the pc and reinstalled the program.. help pls thanks .. smile train version 3.0 is the one we are using...

Also I need help what if i reformat the pc why doesnt the program associate the files with it?
