if you want its not bad in just did that to i LOVE it!!
It's a component from westwood for internet gaming as the name suggest, and maybe other functions of which I know nothing.
It's not speedkill for your computer as some heavy always present background process, nor does it pop up annoying screens.
Te remove it if chosen to do so, you might want to try going to your control panel and use "Software" Add/Remove Programs to remove it from your computer if using windows as OS. If that doesn't work try running the setup from a westwood game ( preferably a new or fresh one) and the setup may allow you to remove it, if not try contacting westwood , the forums there or FAQ , or ignore the program,
