A JV PARTNER IS A JOINT VENTURE partner who usually puts up the money or commissions a work..
usually th eperson seeking a joint venture partner has some specific "thing" they are working on.. and want someone to help to develop it..
I tried to get someone to write a similar game to sims, with a specific teaching subject, but didnt know where to go or who to contact. the software developer i wrote to, couldn't be bothered answering...

In this case it's just someone whom I can partner with and either offer their software as a bonus and them mine or share email lists for promotion. Does't matter though, the only thing that's happened in this forum is my sig file was removed since the owner thought I was spamming people. Usually sig files are fine in most forums but I'm a guest here and not an often posting guest.
This time I found the forum looking for places to submit my pad file and firefox remembered my log in for me
