Topic: Do you still defrag?

Does anyone still run the defragment programme?
I used to but cant say I can remember now the last time I did.
I suppose with the vast memory amd power that the pc has compared to a while back the need is not there as much as it used to be.

I ran mine last week,  took 3.5 hours I have three drives for a total of 370GB,  but it actually cleaned it up quite nicely.
