Topic: BAD experience @ Password-Studio

The software is OK but the customer service was horrible. They make cracking software to recover passwords from Office programs like Word, Excel and Access. 

The folks at Password-Studio were most unhelpful.  Be sure to check the website carefully. It does not work for all versions and once they have your money it's all over, Rover.  They will NOT refund your money despite what the website claims!!!

Not to be contrary, but why should they refund you if they didn't scam you? Unless they weren't upfront about which versions their software worked with, in which case of course they are guilty of false advertising.
