When I click on "Refresh" a small window shows up "Software ..." informing a Unknown error"

Hi,

I have the same problem. I have installed SI on my PC (Windows XP SP3) and when i want to start it, i have the message :

=> I have stop my Windows Firewall and I have put Software Informer on the Exception's List
