Topic: [Solved] Can't login with the Client

I'm using the same email/pwd combination that I used to login to this forum (so it is valid)

But I always get "Unexpected server error. There's been a database error. The server administrator will be notified."

I have updated to build 436 but the same error occurs.

I have reported this twice using the feedback form but never got any answer.

Any ideas?

Received the solution by email from SIsuport

"Please exit SIclient, go to folder C:\Documents and Settings\<your profile>\Application Data\ , find the `Software informer` folder, and delete it. Launch SIclient, `Connect to software informer server` - press `Cancel`. Then press the `Register` button, click `I want to use an existing account` and paste your email and password"

This fixed the problem. Thanks!
