The first workaround to eliminate the error message is to refresh the DISM tool.
Run CHKDSK. The error message can pop up due to disk-related issues.
Disable Antivirus Program.
Perform a System Restore.
Reset the PC.

i have firewall off. just downloaded siinst.exe 3 times and installed. bug report wants build no. but not available in properties. home page says i'm not using the client. help
