There's a Languages folder found in c:\Program Files\Software Informer\ - this is where you can find all the .lng files pertaining to the selectable languages. So you simply take the English.lng file, copy it somewhere, rename it to Persian.lng, open it with a text editor, and translate it. The translation instructions and guidelines are included in the file itself.
