We have developed software to enhance our clients buisness. It is written in Open Source and we have the IP rights.
How do we get this product to the client without getting ripped off, by numerous copies being made and someone reverse engineering the Software and re-naming it?

I think you can find some information about it from Google or Yahoo. You might allow clients to download an upgrade patch your software source like at newsoftwaredaily.com. It is better for you because clients will get direct link for download and resume support, so they will enjoy to use your softwares legally and track it. Good luck!
