How to get a program reviewed?

Our software, Copan (see http://copan.software.informer.com) is "Used By: 61 people" and "...will soon be reviewed by our informers."

It's been in that state (with the user-count slowly increasing) for over a year. What's the process of getting it reviewed. Can i do anything to help? Send messages to the "Guest" users?
