Fraud? Spyware?

I have found one software on your site:
http://asterisk-dialler.software.informer.com/

I am author of this program, and I am very curious, how did it happened, that it appeared on your site. This piece of software is part of our company internal information system. I has been never released to public. We have also never intentionally installed your siClient on any of our computers. It would bee  indeed against our internal regulations.

Please explain, how did it happened you know about existence of this software. Does it mean that siClient or other application, that is providing this information to you is actually Spyware?

Is this the only thing your company have actually stolen from our computer network? Be aware that this kind of behavior is treated against the law in many countries and especially in US.
