Hi, I am on the lookout for some easy to use CRM software. I need to consolidate spreadsheets into one system and then hopefully become more efficient in the small brokerage i am involved in. Can anyone assist in this regard? Feel free to request additional information 
What I really recommend is an online CRM package which is actually much more than that. It's name is Comidor. I've been using it for more than 2 years. It's easy to learn and use, it's online so you can easily use it from your home's sofa and last but not least, its cost is really low compared to what it offers. Apart from CRM, you can use its PM package to manage your projects, the FI package for a full financial review and Document and Task Management which are all offered in the main package. Not to mention its impressive diagrams and reports which provide you a full realistic review just with a click. I believe you should give it a try!

Yes! There's a standard and customised dynamic time-based analytics option which you can easily use in all units (CRM included).

I was also searching for CRM software for a long time. Thnks God the problem is solved! 
Is it possible to create your own (free and relatively simple) CRM system? More specifically, have a functional CRM that we customize and avoid any type of costly SaS.
We would like to create a way to manage client lists with an ability to:
1. Sort by types of services they use
2. Sort by type of business/industry
3. Sort by monthly/annual spend
4. Add client specific notes
