i am searching for an API that can be used in C# and that extract frames from a video.
i am developing a multimedia player for this i need that API .

Go to online-convert.com and open its Image Converter.
Choose an image format, JPG, PNG, TIFF, or others.
You can keep its default settings and start conversion immediately.
Wait for it to convert the video into images.
Unzip the file, and you'll get a series of frames from the video.
