Topic: I want to install WAMP server

I installed WAMP server on Windows 8.1 from internet but I got the table "The confirmation file contains a syntax error on line0: [E ParseError] No tray icon was specified. Please assign a tray icon by using one of the Traylcon directives in the [Config] section." What does it mean ?
Can I install WAMP server and to WindowsXP and to work with it ?
