Error 927 sometimes appear due to no space left for storing cache on your android phone.
Settings>Applications>Manage applications>Google Play Store>Clear data & Clear cache.
Settings>Applications>Manage applications>Google Play Services>Clear data & Clear cache.

Solve Google Play Store Error 927 in Android

Go to Settings.
Select to Application Manager or Apps.
Under All , look for Google Play Services.
Select Clear Data and Cache Data.
Click Force Stop.
NOW do the Same With Google PLAY STORE.
It should be working fine now.
