please help !!! recover my hard drive Recommendation

i Start running Norton Ghost to Restore My Computer, and accidentally I marked my external hard drive (I stopped it immediately) .and it stopped working. And when I try to open it I see a message:
''Do not have access to e drive Corrupted file or directory and can not be read''
It should be noted that I was looking for reconstruction with file and folder names
I tried to use with some recovery software like usdata recovery or recover my files 5.1.0 1824 And it worked partially My question is what is the best software that exists and what version is Recommended
