Topic: Software informer hangs on startup

Hi all,

I have installed software informer. When I start the program the green bar goes 25% of the way and stays like that. I can only close the program using the Task Manager. I have Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate and a Core i7. What could be the problem? I installed it on another machine and it works fine.

I have exactly the same issue.  I know that this post is old-ish, but have you found a reason why it's doing this?

Tips to fix-

Disable fast startup.
Update your device drivers.
Try unplugging anything that is USB-connected.
Disable AppXSvc.
Reset or reinstall Windows.
