Topic: How to change user credentials?

I can't find any place, where MI looks for the users credentials. It just tells me that I have wrong login information.

Hello.

Try removing Mac Informer and installing it back again. This should wipe the erroneous login data and allow you to use the correct credentials.

That worked, but now the app doesn't accept my credentials anymore, I've checked that I type exactly the same passwd as when logging to the site.

Hm. A rather stupid question, if I may: does the website accept the same credentials if you log out and try to log back in again?

Reinstall the Mac Informer & this would wipe the erroneous login data and allow you to use the correct credentials.

Steps are given below-

Sign in with a domain account that has administrator permissions to this device
Select the Start button.
On the Users tab, under Users for this computer, select the user account name, and then select Reset Password.
Type the new password, confirm the new password, and then select OK.
